Peralta HMO Healthcard Clinic and Infectious Disease Clinic, a branch of Peralta Medical Clinic started since 2020 founded by Dr. Mark Peralta, a graduate of Infectious Disease and Tropical Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital. 

Since the start of the COVID - 19 Pandemic, our clinics were open for face to face and online teleconsultation, keeping your family's health need as top priority.
